A Yin Yoga & Gong Meditation Workshop
The vernal or spring equinox is a time of renewal, rebirth and growth.
The equinox occurs twice a year (spring and autumn) when the day and night are of equal lengths. In ancient times, the vernal equinox was a period of celebration - a gathering to plant new seeds, welcome in new life and start new beginnings.
Join Galina (meditation teacher) and Kelsey (yoga therapist) to honour this sacred time in the year when we transition from winter to spring. We will practice a Yin Yoga sequence balancing the wood element and working with the liver and gallbladder meridians. Following with an energising Gong Meditation Session to help you shed your winter coat.
