Guided by Kelsey Hendrickson, psychotherapist & yoga teacher, you’ll explore grounding breathwork, flowing movement, and soothing stretches. All the while, you’ll be carried by the live soundscape of Dr. David Goldman, clinical psychologist & musician, weaving Tibetan bowls, pan drum, chimes, rain stick, and more.
The practice concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath — a chance to fully rest, release, and absorb healing vibrations. This is your space to let go, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.
